Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for in full.

Quality and Use of Equipment

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product. There are times when this may be beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions, please read carefully before use.

Warranty

Unless specified differently under the product details, there is a 1 year parts warranty on all our products for problems that have occurred during normal usage(Scooters carry a 3 month parts only warrranty). On the rare occasion that a problem occurs it can generally be resolved by us giving advice and where appropriate, free replacement parts. If we cannot resolve a problem in this way then we will repair products sent back to us and return them at our cost.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the goods have not been dispatched. If goods have been dispatched, you have the right to return goods within 7 days of receiving them. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning and insuring the goods whilst in transit, there may also be a re-stocking charge. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Central Leisure Ltd trading as Baotian-Scooters.com reserves the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

Customer Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is as efficient and effective as possible. However, if you do have a complaint about a product or our service, you can email our customer services department at service@centralleisure.co.uk. We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and our customer services department will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible keeping you informed at all times. All complaints will be confidential and treated fairly.
